Team Building Through Scavenger Hunting & Geo Caching

We are now offering Geo-Cache style scavenger hunts for teams.  Great fun, Great activity.  Teams come together either as a whole or in small groups to find geo-caches.  Hunts are set up in the woods or we can set them using already set Geo-Caches. The team has to work together to complete the hunt.  Our hunts are set up with team building activities or challenges for the team to also complete along the way.

Team members are challenged to discover new roles for themselves, try new ways of working with each other and complete new challenges — that are each unique and different from their usual day to day job.

Scavenger hunts incorporate many facets of team building.  The real value of team building is in relationships.  Taking time to build relationships within working teams is essential to being a successful team. Taking time to really look at HOW those relationships are or are NOT working is the next step.
