3. Note our strategy session format:
Each session is scheduled during specific
times each week that I designate for this work. My time is valuable and for some
reason people schedule the time and then don't show up. If you
are unable to make the call I ask that you contact my office to
reschedule as soon as you know you cannot make it. I don't
want to waste time waiting for your call. I appreciate your understanding and the
value of the session you are receiving.
The strategy session is designed to get you
focused on what's important very quickly. I don't want to use up
your time with lots of getting to know each other questions. I
want to focus on the heart of why you want coaching. We do
coaching during the call. How far do we get in a 30 minute
session? We get started, but that's really it.
We can't do everything in just one 30 minute
session. At the end of the call I will ask you to look at the
value you receive from coaching. We will then decide if the
coaching relationship is worth your investment for what you are wanting
to do. If it is, then we will get the ball rolling for you to be
one of my coaching clients, an elite group of people. I only coach
a very small number of individuals each month. These slots are
only available occasionally and fill quickly. Right there, at our
first coaching call, you will know if this is the right path for you and
I will ask you just that. Do you want to be a coaching client?
