Compass Rose Consulting works with business leaders to refine and enhance their personal leadership skills and the success of their work teams. Through executive coaching, training, and meeting facilitation new leadership skills emerge, are reinforced and supported. Leaders gain confidence through personal practice, coaching observation and new skill development. With the support of an executive coach outside of the organization, leaders are able to let down their guard and speak their truth. They can delve deeper into their own insecurities and fears and work directly on them without pressure from supervisors or owners.

Compass Rose Consulting also works with teams in partnership with team leaders to develop new team skills. Based on leadership development research Compass Rose Leadership Institute provides training to directly work on team skills of trust, communication, accountability, commitment, vision and more. Teams through their everyday encounters build dysfunctions that replay over and over again within the workplace. If the effectiveness of the team is not directly addressed these will continue.

At Compass Rose Consulting we work with leaders and teams over time as we know that a one time workshop is not going to effect long term change. It’s a feel good event that results in long term resentment and further dysfunction. An outside facilitator provides a neutrality in a team environment; someone that can provide guidelines, process and facilitate both.
