• Managers meet with their direct reports following the workshop to review the plans that the employees have created
• Managers meet monthly with their direct reports to continue implementation and coaching of the plan
During each coaching meeting managers and employees:
- review the goals and score the performance on each goal
- develop goals for the upcoming month
- review any road blocks or challenges and strategize how to overcome them
- set the date for the next coaching meeting
