We work with people that have a dream or vision of their life that they are struggling to manifest, and desperately want to. We show you how to create a plan and help to hold you accountable to the plan, figure out the blocks to your success and partner with you to keep the plan moving forward.

We offer coaching to individuals with a focus on career, creating a life that is fulfilling and nourishing to the core of who you are, and we offer business coaching for entrepreneurs or individuals just starting their own business. Many of us want more and are struggling to achieve our vision.

We work with you to achieve the results you want, the new job, or new house, or dream vacation. Each is yours to bring into your life. Creating a life that is rich and fulfilling is the dream of many but it looks different to each of us. We work with you to identify the dream and the vision for your life and then take the steps necessary to achieve it.

Donna Price, President of Compass Rose Consulting, LLC author of Launching Your Dream, has worked with people over the past thirty years to achieve their goals, and she has successfully created her own dreams -cycling across the United States, changing careers and totally re-tooling, starting her thriving business. She has been a dreamer for most of her life and an achiever for many years. She knows how to bring dreams into reality.
 
In developing our coaching services Donna has developed her own unique approach and curriculum.  Why a curriculum?  The curriculum outline provides a map, filled with tools and activities to enhance the coaching experience.  At the same time the curriculum is flexible enough to shift as it needs to shift to meet the individual needs of each person. The curriculum provides a format and framework to start from.  This way we're not just winging it, wasting your time. The framework starts with Donna's book, "Launching Your Dream" and the tools it includes and moves into action.  The basis of Donna's coaching is:
