Through coaching support and skill development:

believe that a clear vision is vital.

really a key to success. Many of us have great ideas and great
strategies. Coaching helps you to stay focused, gives you a person
that is a sounding board, and a person that keeps you on track.
Strategies are only good if they are implemented and achieved.
- Communication skills: Developing and using effective
communications in the workplace and community enhances a leader's
effectiveness.
- Time management skills: Are you achieving what you
need to achieve in a reasonable amount of time. Focusing on gold
time management helps you to do just this. Create more time, more
balance, more results.
- Leadership skills development: We become your ally and
mentor for developing and practicing your leadership skills. A
person to develop the plan with and a person to debrief with following
the implementation of the plan. We provide you with resources,

With 18+ years of management and leadership experience, Donna Price, has insight and wisdom into the challenges faced by mid and upper level managers and executives. Learning skills of coaching as a tool for leadership and staff development is one key to success. Coaching
staff to succeed instead of managing, empowering and opening communication within teams facilitates effectiveness and moves organizations forward to success. Donna's work in developing skills of supervisors and bringing teams together is central to her coaching and to the strategic planning we offer.
