What changed in your business?
I have more
clear goals and a better idea of where I want my work to go--both in my
product and my business. I have moved to an outside studio and am
developing a new web site for a new aspect of my business -- wedding cake
portraits. I have thought more about how to retain and attract new
customers and will be starting a loyalty program soon.
What new marketing strategies are you using?
Using a separate web site to market a more niche product. I have
