Tools We Use & Recommend:
Send Out Cards has been one of the greatest business building tools that I have used. I am able to log-in and send cards right from my computer. In the last 5 months I have sent over 300 cards, maybe 400. That is an increase of about 90%. I think about sending cards but am bad at getting to the store, picking one out, writing and my worst skill is mailing it. For some reason it can sit on the counter for days or even weeks and then I put in the garbage and the person never even knows I had the thought.
Send Out Cards helps me to overcome these challenges by printing and mailing my cards for me. I am able to select from thousands of cards and personalize them with my handwriting font (it is based on my personal handwriting!!). I select the address and poof it is done!! Almost like magic. I am also able to set up “keep in touch” campaigns for new contacts, existing clients, prospects or even friends. I build all of the cards in the campaign and then add people to it. They receive each card based on the schedule that I have set up. Again, almost like magic, I am keeping in touch.
And then there is the business side of Send Out Cards. While I am sending out cards I am also able to generate a new stream of revenue.
I highly recommend this program at any level. Try it out — on me. Visit my personal Send Out Cards site and set up your personal “gift” account. You will be able to send a card or two to a friend or colleague or even to yourself to see how the system works.
Send Out Cards Rocks!!
All the best,

Directory Submitter is a tool I use to submit my domains to different directories. They have upgraded the program and it now offers 2400 directories. Easy to use and user friendly.
I’ve used this software to build two new sites myself. Check this one out: www.coachingstaffforsuccess.com
I will continue to provide you with information about the tools that I use and how I use them. Please let me know tools that you find useful.
