Leadership Assessments and Team Assessments Provide YOU Valuable Information and Insights Into Your Business Results
We use assessments as a tool for you. The process of taking the assessment can in itself be enlightening. There are several here that you can explore yourself with. Each assessment focuses on different areas of your business or your life.
You will receive results from the assessment, as will I. I will send you some additional information or reports that may be of help to you. I also welcome your emails and contacts.
You can also choose to take a more formal assessment.

The Leadership Practices Inventory is available as a self assessment or a 360 assessment. Based on over 20 years of research, the LPI provides leaders with concrete information about their leadership skills across 5 key areas:

- Enable Others to Act
- Encourage the Heart
When leaders take the LPI with us, we review the full report via one-on-one executive coaching session. The full report is provided to each leader for their review prior to the meeting.
It is up to you whether you do just the self assessment or the 360. We are glad to discuss the options with you.
Team Assessment:
Every team has dysfunction, some more than others, and some the dysfunction interferes with the business results.

The Five Dysfunctions of the Team Assessment is completed by each team member and interprets their view of the team across the five functions of high performance teams: Trust-Conflict-Accountability-Results-Commitment. The Team Assessment gives leaders a clear idea of the true functioning of their team and areas where additional training is needed.
The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Assessment Report outlines areas of difference between team members, possible activities for intervention.
Following the completion of the assessment, we provide a comprehensive report of team functioning and a meeting to review the results.
We provide both the Five Dysfunctions of a Team training and the Leadership Challenge Trainings. Both trainings provide leaders and teams valuable skills for producing real world results.
